Dr. Randy Middleton
Dr. Randy Middleton is an endodontist and the founder of EndoConnect, a Texas-based endodontic practice that provides traveling endodontic services to dental practices throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth and San Antonio metroplexes. By delivering advanced endodontic care directly within partner practices, he enables patients to receive root canal treatment in the office they already know and trust, rather than traveling to a separate specialty practice.
After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Dr. Middleton completed advanced specialty training in endodontics, with an emphasis on advanced endodontic techniques, imaging, and technologies that improve precision and patient outcomes.
Working alongside general dentists throughout his career, Dr. Middleton recognized that many patients encountered unnecessary barriers to specialty care, not because treatment wasn't available, but because of how it had traditionally been delivered. That realization led him to found EndoConnect, a model that integrates on-site endodontic care directly into dental practices, making specialty treatment more accessible while strengthening continuity of care between the general dentist, the endodontist, and the patient.
Dr. Middleton is passionate about changing the perception of endodontics from every perspective. Clinically, he believes root canal treatment doesn't have to be painful or intimidating. Operationally, he believes receiving specialty care shouldn't require leaving the dental practice patients already know and trust. Through EndoConnect, he continues to advance a model that makes endodontic care more convenient, more connected, and more accessible without compromising the quality of specialty treatment.
In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Middleton continues to focus on advancing new approaches to specialty care delivery through technology, clinical collaboration, and practice innovation. His work is driven by a simple belief: exceptional endodontic care should be defined by the quality of treatment—not by where it is delivered.
